- 2 eggs
- Salt, pepper, and a splash of milk or cream

Instructions:
- Beat eggs with milk and seasoning in a greased ramekin or small baking dish.

- Cook for 7–9 minutes, stirring halfway through if needed.

- 1–2 eggs
- 1 tsp butter
- Salt, pepper

Instructions:
- Grease a ramekin, crack egg(s) inside.
- Add seasonings and toppings.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6–8 minutes, until whites are set and yolk is still soft (adjust for preference).
