Air fryer Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • Salt, pepper, and a splash of milk or cream
  • Optional: cheese, herbs, cooked veggies

Instructions:

  1. Beat eggs with milk and seasoning in a greased ramekin or small baking dish.
  2. Place ramekin in air fryer at 300°F (150°C).
  3. Cook for 7–9 minutes, stirring halfway through if needed.
  4. Fluff with a fork and serve warm.

3. Baked Eggs (Shirred Eggs)

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 eggs
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Salt, pepper
  • Optional: cream, cheese, herbs

Instructions:

  1. Grease a ramekin, crack egg(s) inside.
  2. Add seasonings and toppings.
  3. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6–8 minutes, until whites are set and yolk is still soft (adjust for preference).

Serving Ideas:

  • Slice boiled eggs for salads or sandwiches
  • Scrambled eggs with toast and avocado
  • Baked eggs with a side of roasted veggies
