SHRIMP & CRAB ALFREDO LASAGNA ROLL-UPS

Elegant, creamy, and full of seafood goodness — perfect for a special dinner or a decadent Sunday meal.

Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

For the Filling:

  • 8–10 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1½ cups ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning or Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chopped parsley or green onion

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: pinch of nutmeg
