Mixed Fruit Bowl Recipe

A vibrant and juicy blend of fresh fruits tossed in a simple citrus-honey dressing — bursting with color, flavor, and vitamins!

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

Fresh Fruits (use a mix of 5–7):

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cup grapes (red or green), halved
  • 1 cup melon (cantaloupe or honeydew), cubed
  • kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • banana, sliced (add just before serving)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • orange, peeled and cut into segments or chunks
  • Optional: pomegranate seedsapple slices, or mango chunks

Citrus-Honey Dressing (Optional but delicious):

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Juice of ½ lime or lemon
  • ½ tsp lime zest
  • Optional: finely chopped mint leaves
