GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN BITES SPICY CAJUN ALFREDO TWISTED PASTA

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside (reserve ½ cup pasta water if needed to loosen sauce later).

Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

  1. Toss chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes, flipping to brown all sides.
  4. Add butter and garlic; cook another 2–3 minutes, stirring to coat in garlic butter.
  5. Remove from heat and keep warm.

Step 3: Make the Spicy Cajun Alfredo Sauce

  1. In a clean skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and Cajun seasoning; sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  5. Stir until creamy and smooth.
  6. Toss in cooked pasta and coat well. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen.

Step 4: Combine & Serve

  1. Plate the Cajun Alfredo pasta.
  2. Top with garlic butter chicken bites.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, and a drizzle of garlic butter from the pan.

Tips & Variations:

  • Add sautéed bell peppers or spinach to the pasta
  • Use shrimp instead of chicken for a surf-style twist
  • Make it extra spicy with jalapeños or hot sauce splash in the Alfredo
