Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Drain and set aside (reserve ½ cup pasta water if needed to loosen sauce later).
Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites
- Toss chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes, flipping to brown all sides.
- Add butter and garlic; cook another 2–3 minutes, stirring to coat in garlic butter.
- Remove from heat and keep warm.
Step 3: Make the Spicy Cajun Alfredo Sauce
- In a clean skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and Cajun seasoning; sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Stir until creamy and smooth.
- Toss in cooked pasta and coat well. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen.
Step 4: Combine & Serve
- Plate the Cajun Alfredo pasta.
- Top with garlic butter chicken bites.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, and a drizzle of garlic butter from the pan.
