Ingredients (Serves 3–4):
For the Liver:
- 1 lb pork liver, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine or lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Pinch of salt & pepper
For the Sauce:
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce (optional, for color)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (or sambal oelek)
- 2 tbsp water
Aromatics:
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced (optional but recommended)
- 2–3 dried red chilies or 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1–2 green onions, sliced
