Spicy Garlic Pork Liver Recipe

Thin slices of pork liver seared and tossed with spicy chili, garlic, and soy-based sauce — bold, aromatic, and ready in minutes!

Ingredients (Serves 3–4):

For the Liver:

  • 1 lb pork liver, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • Pinch of salt & pepper

For the Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce (optional, for color)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (or sambal oelek)
  • 2 tbsp water

Aromatics:

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced (optional but recommended)
  • 2–3 dried red chilies or 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1–2 green onions, sliced
