  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: squeeze of lime and fresh cilantro for garnish
