  • 2 tbsp sour cream (or Mexican crema)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (or smoked paprika for a milder version)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese (or feta as a substitute)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice + extra wedges for serving
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
