Ingredients:
- 1.5–2 lbs pork tenderloin or boneless pork loin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Honey Mustard Glaze:
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard (or extra Dijon)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce (for umami depth)
