- In a small clean bowl, mix the turmeric powder and (optional) baking soda.
- Add coconut oil gradually until it forms a thick paste.
- Add peppermint essential oil and mix well.
- Store in a small airtight jar or container.
How to Use:
- Use a soft toothbrush to apply a pea-sized amount.
- Brush gently for 2–3 minutes, focusing on the gum line.
- Rinse thoroughly (yes, it will be yellow at first but washes clean!).
- Use once daily (preferably in the evening), and follow with plain toothpaste if needed.
Tips:
- You can also use this as a gum massage balm — just rub gently on sore or inflamed gums and leave for 10 minutes, then rinse.
- If your toothbrush turns slightly yellow over time, keep a separate brush for this treatment.
