- ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
- ¼ cup (50g) brown sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Filling:
- ½ cup raspberry jam (or your favorite seedless fruit preserves)
- Optional: fresh raspberries (to mix into the jam)
