Cream Cheese Rangoon Rolls

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped green onion, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
