  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

For the Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta:

  • 8 oz twisted pasta (like fusilli or rotini)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (more to taste)
