Strawberry Whipped Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 2–3 tablespoons powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/3 cup (80 g) strawberry puree (fresh or frozen & thawed)

For puree: Blend about 1/2 cup chopped strawberries until smooth. Optional: strain to remove seeds.
