- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 ¾ cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup reduced strawberry puree
For the Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup reduced strawberry puree
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
