Chicken thighs in the air fryer

1. Preheat the Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

2. Prepare the Chicken Thighs:

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Rub the marinade mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs.

3. Air Fry the Chicken Thighs:

  1. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side down.
  2. Cook the chicken thighs in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, flip the chicken thighs over and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) when measured with a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh.

4. Rest and Serve:

  1. Once the chicken thighs are done cooking, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve the air-fried chicken thighs hot, with your favorite sides such as mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Enjoy your delicious and crispy air-fried chicken thighs! Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.
