What Are Nun’s Puffs?
Nun’s Puffs (also known as “Pets de Nonne” in French) are a traditional pastry made by cooking flour with butter and milk before beating in eggs and baking until golden. They puff up dramatically in the oven, giving them their signature lightness.

- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
