- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
For the White Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
For the Lasagna:
- 9-12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
