Grilled Beef Kabobs

Tender marinated beef, colorful veggies, and perfect char — these kabobs are loaded with flavor and grill marks.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

For the Marinade:

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

For the Kabobs:

  • 1½ lbs (700g) beef sirloin, cut into 1½-inch cubes
  • red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • red onion, cut into wedges
  • zucchini or mushrooms (optional)
  • Wooden or metal skewers
  • Salt and extra pepper for grilling
