Cinnamon Roll Cake

All the gooey, cinnamony magic of a cinnamon roll — in an easy-to-make, sliceable cake!

Ingredients (Serves 8–10)

For the Cake:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

For the Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
