Ingredients (Serves 4)

Cheesy Scrambled Eggs:

  • 8 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk or cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Home Fries:

  • 3 medium russet potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • ½ small onion, chopped
  • ½ small bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp oil or bacon fat
  • Salt, pepper, paprika to taste

Meats:

  • 8 slices bacon
  • breakfast sausage links or patties

Buttermilk Pancakes:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ¼ cups buttermilk
  • egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Butter and maple syrup for serving
