Ingredients:
- 4 ripe Roma tomatoes, finely diced
- 1 small white onion, finely chopped
- 1–2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped (adjust heat to taste)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste (start with 1/2 tsp)
- Optional: 1 garlic clove, finely minced or grated
- Optional: 1 small cucumber, peeled and diced (for extra crunch)
