Mixed Air Fryer Meat Grill Platter

Includes: Boerewors (or spiced sausage), Lamb or Beef Ribs/Chops, and Chicken Wings or Drumettes

Ingredients:

For the Boerewors / Sausage:

  • 2–3 links of Boerewors or your favorite spiced sausage
  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional)

For the Lamb or Beef Ribs/Chops:

  • 500g (1 lb) lamb ribs, beef ribs, or bone-in chops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
  • Juice of ½ lemon (optional)

For the Chicken Wings or Drumettes:

  • 8–10 chicken wingettes or drumettes
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt or buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper or chili flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken and Ribs

  1. Chicken Wings:
    In a large bowl, mix the wings with yogurt, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
    Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).
  2. Lamb or Beef Ribs/Chops:
    In another bowl, combine the meat with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, herbs, and lemon juice.
    Rub well and let it sit for 30–60 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate.
