Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp sesame oil or vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1–2 red chilies (or 1 tsp chili flakes), finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- 2–3 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Rice:
- 1 ½ cups white or jasmine rice
- 3 cups water
- Pinch of salt
