- 8 oz (225 g) rice noodles or egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup (150 g) snow peas or snap peas
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) chili paste or Sriracha, optional for heat
