Steak & Shrimp Noodles

Steak & Shrimp Noodles combine the rich, savory flavors of tender steak and succulent shrimp with a delicious noodle base. The combination of stir-fried steak and shrimp, tossed with noodles in a savory sauce, makes for an indulgent and flavorful dish that’s sure to impress.

Ingredients:

For the Steak:

  • 1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak or ribeye, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) fresh ginger, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Shrimp:

  • ½ lb (225 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

For the Noodles:

  • 8 oz (225 g) rice noodles or egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup (150 g) snow peas or snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) chili paste or Sriracha, optional for heat
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water or chicken broth

Garnish:

  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving
