Ingredients (Serves 2)

For the Steak:

  • 2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks (1½–2 inches thick)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 2–3 sprigs fresh thyme or rosemary

For the Seafood Topping:

  • ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup cooked lobster meat (claw or tail)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes for heat
