Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced (or ground beef)
- 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 2 cups beef broth (preferably low sodium)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
- 8 oz egg noodles (or your favorite pasta)
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère or mozzarella cheese (optional but amazing!)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
