Ingredients

For the Spinach-Parmesan Filling

  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach (loosely packed)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for garnish, if desired)
  • Zest of 1 lemon or a squeeze of lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
